LABORATORIES TURN AROUND TIME

Picasso Dental Studios uses one of the most advanced software systems available for all of our case tracking needs. Our shipping department handles your cases with the utmost care. They know how to disinfect and properly pack age your cases ensuring that no damage occurs. The following is the recommended time schedule for reliable results and service. Due to courier delivery times, we do not count the day we receive the case as a day in the Laboratories.

Rush service is limited to 4 units. Cases requiring 5 days faster than above in lab days are subject to 25% rush surcharge. For faster than rush service please call our lab manager to schedule your case 888.533.4884. Picasso Dental Studios does not rush CAD/CAM or Implant restorations.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Cases will be shipped F.O.B. by common carrier, unless prior arrangements are made with Picasso Dental Studios. Shipping boxes and pre-paid shipping labels are available and supplied to your office at no cost upon request. We pay 2nd day air service one way to our Laboratories. An Over night Air pick up will be charged at $10.00 for the FIRST POUND. We'll send your cases to your dental office using 2nd day air service at a charge to you of $10.00 per case. Should you want us to return your case Overnight Air, there will be an ADDITIONAL $10.00 charge.

REMAKE POLICY

Dentist has the right to inspect Case(s) prior to acceptance provided that written notice of non-acceptance or non-conformance of the Case(s) shall be communicated to Laboratory within a reasonable time (not to exceed 10 business days after receipt by Dentist.) Laboratory shall be given the opportunity to correct the defect or to replace the Case(s) at Laboratory's sole discretion with a conforming Case, within a reasonable time and at the Laboratory cost (restrictions apply). Where the cause of the non-conforming Case(s) cannot be clearly and reasonably identified as due to either the fault of Laboratory or Dentist, the cost of remaking the Case(s) shall be borne equally by the parties hereto.

PAYMENT TERMS

At Picasso Dental Studios, we are always available to handle inquiries regarding your account in a timely and professional manner. We are available to discuss our many payment options as listed below, including credit card payments.

Each case is invoiced: A monthly statement containing each invoice number and charge is mailed to your office. Full payment is required within 30 days. A service charge will be computed at a monthly periodic rate of 2.0% or 24% per annum on all past due balances.
We accept Master Card® or Visa®: If you would like to use a credit card for payment, we can automatically debit your credit card on the first day of the month for the previous month's charges. Please call ahead to set-up the credit card payment option. Many of our dentists prefer this method of payments and take advantage of "Frequent Flyer Miles" and other credit card benefits.
C.O.D: We will process your cases complete and ship to you C.O.D.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All new restorations and appliances fabricated by Picasso Dental Studios are warranted for five-years from time of delivery to be free of defects in materials and workmanship eliminating any Laboratories fees you may pay elsewhere without compensation. All you need to do is send in the old restoration or appliance, and we will correct the defect, or redo the case within a reasonable time at absolutely no charge to you without any questions asked.
